JBRC is committed to protect and respect your personal data privacy. Emails, forms, and any other form of data collection is covered by our data protection policy. Our Faculty and staff are committed to the protection of your privacy and that of your child/children.

We collect the following personal information from you when you manually or electronically submit to us through your inquiries or requests:

Use

The collected personal information is utilized solely for documentation and processing purposes within JBRC and is not shared with any outside parties. This is so we may properly respond and involve the necessary person/s within JBRC, and address you appropriately in your email and correspondence.

Protection Measures

Only authorized JBRC personnel has access to these personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and hard copy. Emails may be stored for two years (after inquiries and/or requests are acted upon). After which, physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, and digital files deleted whenever appropriate. Faculty and staff are required to keep student data, performance, and all records safe at all times, including in online classes.  

 

Access and Correction
